Qualifications

• 4+ years in transportation maintenance.
• 2+ years in diagnostic and customer resolution exposure.
• ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and troubleshoot vehicle roadside breakdowns with full autonomy on cost decisions.
• Assist with follow ups, escalations, and interactions with service providers; provide periodic summaries to improve uptime.
• Provide updated technical knowledge to the maintenance team via OEM bulletins and internal trainings.
• Mentor Tier 1 call center staff and deliver periodic training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
