Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in RyderOperations (shop) environment preferred.
• 2+ years in Ryder operations direct customer service exposure preferred.
• 4+ years in transportation maintenance required.
• 2+ years in technical diagnostic and customer resolution exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assess, research, troubleshoot and remedy vehicle roadside breakdowns with full autonomy.
• Assist with follow ups, escalations, and provider interactions; provide summaries to improve breakdowns.
• Provide updated technical knowledge to maintenance team via OEM information and training.
• Mentor Tier 1 call center; provide status updates and periodic training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
