Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an inbound call center environment.
• Ability to follow procedures and documentation standards.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat with timely, professional support.
• Resolve routine issues using established procedures.
• Escalate complex cases with complete details to Tier 2/3.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM.
• Collect customer feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain coverage and share knowledge.
