• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management, customer success) in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for executive reviews and upsell discussions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presence.

Responsabilités

• Tier-1 relationship management for ~20 accounts, including top-tier credit unions and community banks.
• Develop and execute tailored, multi-year success plans to drive retention, adoption and ROI.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on upsell opportunities.
• Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption with training and enablement resources.
• Advocate for customers internally to inform product and roadmap.
