Job summary

Eltropy is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to lead a portfolio of roughly 20 high-impact financial institution customers. You will partner with executives to drive retention, expansion, and measurable ROI using our AI-powered communications platform.

You will own onboarding, adoption, risk mitigation, and cross-functional advocacy while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure successful outcomes. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Deep (5+ years) customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Tier-1 relationship management for ~20 accounts, building executive relationships.
• Develop and execute multi-year success plans to drive ROI and adoption.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on account planning.
• Program-manage Tier-1 onboarding projects across teams and locations.
• Advocate for customers internally to influence product and roadmap.
• Track customer health and metrics, and report to stakeholders.
