Responsibilities

• Tier-1 relationship management for ~20 accounts with executive sponsorship.
• Develop and execute long-term success plans to drive adoption and ROI.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales for upsell.
• Lead onboarding and adoption programs across multiple teams and locations.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to influence product and roadmap.
• Track health, retention, and expansion metrics and report to leadership.
