You will partner with stakeholders to deliver transformative outcomes through our AI-powered communications platform while driving retention, growth, and overall satisfaction. Role includes executive engagement, onboarding, adoption, and advocacy, with a focus on reducing churn and expanding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for executive reviews and upsell opportunities.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen.
• Analytical and proactive in identifying risks and opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Collaborative across sales, product, support, and leadership teams.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Tier-1 relationship management for ~20 accounts with executive-level engagement.
• Develop multi-year success plans and mitigate churn risk with data and health scoring.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support upsell with value-driven narratives.
• Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption across teams.
• Capture customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
• Track health, retention, and growth metrics in CRM and report to stakeholders.
