Eltropy Inc. is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of ~20 high-impact financial institution customers.

You will build executive relationships, drive adoption of our AI-powered platform, and align success plans with business goals. Responsibilities include conducting strategic reviews, mitigating churn risk, and collaborating with Sales and Product to drive retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• Deep (5+ years) customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Proven track record with Tier-1 or enterprise customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for executive reviews and upsell discussions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and single point of contact for ~20 Tier-1 accounts.
• Conduct executive business reviews to demonstrate ROI and value.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales for upsell.
• Track health, retention, and growth metrics across the portfolio.
• Coordinate onboarding programs across multiple teams and locations.
