Qualifications

• Deep 5+ years in customer-facing roles (account management or CS) with B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Experience managing Tier-1 or enterprise-level accounts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites.
• Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building.
• Data-driven with ability to drive retention, expansion, and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~20 Tier-1 accounts with executive relationships.
• Lead multi-year success plans and risk mitigation to reduce churn.
• Collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities and account planning.
• Coordinate onboarding projects across teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Track health, retention, expansion, and ROI; report to stakeholders.
