Eltropy Inc. is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage ~20 high-impact financial institution customers.

You will partner with executives to deliver outcomes via our AI-powered platform, driving retention, growth, and satisfaction across a broad US service region. Responsibilities include executive check-ins, risk mitigation, expansion opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure adoption and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for executive reviews and upsell discussions.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence.
• High technical aptitude with ability to learn new software and tools.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the trusted strategic advisor for roughly 20 Tier-1 accounts, building executive relationships and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure ROI and customer success.
• Drive retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support and Marketing to align on roadmap and priorities.
• Track health metrics, risks, and opportunities; report to leadership and stakeholders.
• Program-manage multi-team onboarding projects across locations.
• Capture customer feedback to influence product development and roadmap.
