Eltropy is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of ~20 high-impact financial institution customers. You will partner with executives to deliver outcomes via our AI-powered platform, driving retention, growth, and satisfaction.

In this role you will develop multi-year success plans, mitigate churn risks, and collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities, ensuring adoption and ROI across complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech.
• Proven track record managing Tier-1 or enterprise accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor for ~20 Tier-1 accounts.
• Lead executive business reviews to demonstrate ROI.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities with Sales.
• Program-manage onboarding across multiple teams.
• Track health, retention, and growth metrics in CRM.
• Collaborate across product, support, and marketing.
