You will translate complex regulations into actionable guidance, coordinate regulatory communications, and support audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; JD preferred
• 5+ years of compliance, regulatory, operations, or risk management within a regulated industry
• Interprets and translates requirements into actionable guidance for stakeholders
• Supports regulatory communications, reports, attestations, and filings

Responsibilities

• Interpret and translate federal, state, and contractual requirements into clear, actionable compliance guidance for business stakeholders
• Develop regulatory communications and liaise with regulators as appropriate
• Support preparation, validation, and submission of regulatory reports and filings
• Identify compliance risks and evaluate business processes to assess exposure and mitigation
• Lead or support root-cause analyses and corrective action plans
• Provide SME support for audit scope, testing strategies, and ongoing compliance oversight
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support audit execution and regulatory reviews
• Evaluate remediation plans and validate corrective actions to ensure sustained compliance
• Contribute to training on regulatory requirements and best practices
• Review policies and processes for alignment with regulatory requirements
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve compliance and operational efficiency
• Monitor regulatory developments to identify emerging risks
