Centene Corporation is seeking an experienced compliance leader to manage and mentor staff, direct cross‑functional projects, and ensure corrective action plans are completed in a timely manner.

The role emphasizes expertise in state and federal managed care regulations, internal controls, and collaboration with auditors, management, and legal teams to uphold corporate compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; can substitute 2 years Compliance/Auditing experience for degree
• 5+ years of experience in Compliance/Auditing
• 3+ years in State or Federal Managed Care Programs
• 1+ year of experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations

Responsabilités

• Provides work guidance, direction and mentoring to department associates.
• Collaborates with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for research and resolution.
• Promotes awareness of the Corporate Ethics and Compliance Program to health plan staff.
• Manages status of projects and assigned deliverables with Corporate Compliance management.
• Assists in preparing annual compliance risk profile and monitoring/oversight work plans.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to Sr. Management and the Board of Directors.
