LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking Remote Collections Specialists to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions, establish payment plans, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in third-party debt collection, strong communication skills, and experience with skip-tracing tools in a high-volume environment. Remote work from approved states is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding collection goals.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound/outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements per borrowers’ finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers/assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize recovery activities.
• Work toward individual and department performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Provide professional, respectful customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local collection laws and policies.
