Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. Work from home, handling inbound/outbound calls and negotiations while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a distraction-free remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work remotely with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws and company policies.
