Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance while working from a remote setup.

This role requires at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a high-volume environment. Remote work eligibility is limited to approved states.

Qualifications

• 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
