LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will manage delinquent accounts, negotiate payment plans, and leverage skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in third-party collections, excellent communication, and the ability to work remotely in a distraction-free environment. 100% remote, with a motivating compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Experience with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
