LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join our nationwide team.

As a Collections Specialist, you will negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts, set up payment arrangements, and use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers while upholding regulatory standards and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism and reliability in a remote setting.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Must reside in an LCS-approved state and have a distraction-free home workspace.
• Reliable internet connectivity sufficient to perform responsibilities.
• Must be available during scheduled working hours.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial situations.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions and navigate difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable collection laws and company policies.
