• Ability to negotiate resolutions and payment arrangements.
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.
• Professional, distraction-free remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements per borrower circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing methods to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize recovery actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
