LCS Financial Services Corporation is recruiting a Remote Collections Specialist to join a nationwide team and drive recovery results from a home-based workspace. You’ll negotiate settlements, conduct skip-tracing, and manage portfolios while maintaining professional communication with borrowers.

The role requires at least 2 years of third‑party collections experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a strong knowledge of applicable collection laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third‑party debt collection experience.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Knowledge of skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip‑tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Consistently work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
