LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and work from a home-based office while complying with federal and state laws.

We value performance, offer a flexible schedule Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and provide benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid holidays. Candidates must reside in approved states.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent spoken and listening skills and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Professional, distraction-free remote workspace.
• Experience in high-volume collections.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements per borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Meet individual and department performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Provide professional, respectful interactions, even in difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
