LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join our nationwide team. Work from home, negotiate settlements, and help recovery efforts while maintaining compliance and professionalism.

We offer a 100% remote position, performance-based commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and retirement plans. Candidates must reside in approved states and have at least 2 years of debt-collection experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
