Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and build rapport with borrowers while upholding compliant practices.

You’ll work from home in a performance-driven environment with potential for commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits supporting you and your family.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state; remote workspace setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and records.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and company policies.
• Maintain communication with management and team while working remotely.
