Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join a nationwide, fully remote team. Responsibilities include negotiating resolutions on delinquent accounts, arranging payment plans, and leveraging skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets while maintaining high levels of compliance and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, excellent communication, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers’ financial circumstances.
• Use skip–tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize collections and manage assigned portfolios to maximize recoveries.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and regulatory compliance.
