Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to work from home, negotiating resolutions on delinquent accounts and building compliant, professional customer interactions. This role emphasizes skip-tracing, high-volume workflows, and adherence to laws while driving recovery.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party collections, strong negotiation skills, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and a proven track record in meeting collection

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financials.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and company policies.
