Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and document activity with professionalism.

This 100% remote role requires at least 2 years in third-party collections, strong negotiation skills, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third‑party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Experience in high-volume collections environments.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' individual financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip–tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
