Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation and compliant interactions.
• Communicate professionally with management and team members while working remotely.
