LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team from home. You will negotiate resolutions, arrange payments, and use skip-tracing to locate borrowers while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in third-party collections, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. We offer performance-based commission and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to work independently while meeting team goals.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrower finances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Work remotely while meeting individual and departmental goals.
