Job summary

Talkiatry is a fully remote outpatient mental health practice focused on accessible, evidence-based care. Therapists manage standardized 60-minute sessions with a defined caseload, supported by a comprehensive in-house operations team that handles scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing, and licensing.

We seek independently licensed therapists with multi-state licenses and strong clinical judgment to maintain high-quality care while enjoying predictable W-2 compensation and a full benefits

Qualifications

• Licensed independent clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license with multi-state support.
• Two+ independent/state licenses (except CA, NY, MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD).
• Conduct standard 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
• Maintain defined, transparent caseload goals.
• No inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities; collaborate with psychiatrists when needed.
• Rely on in-house scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing support.
