Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice seeking independently licensed therapists to join a fully remote outpatient team. You will provide 100% remote outpatient therapy with flexible scheduling, supported by a full operational network and clear caseload expectations.

The role offers a base of $90K with up to $20K in incentives, tenure-based raises, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, parental leave, CME, licensing support, malpractice

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists with an active, unrestricted license.
• Experience delivering outpatient therapy in a structured model.
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload with clear goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy with defined session lengths.
• Maintain a consistent caseload and adhere to clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a support network for scheduling, billing, and licensing.
