• Strong data analysis skills to monitor capacity and utilization data.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage test center partnerships across assigned markets.
• Monitor capacity, analyze data, and inform capacity planning decisions.
• Own onboarding and ongoing relationship management with sites.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and compliance during onboarding.
