Job summary

Prometric in the United States seeks a District Manager to support day-to-day operations for a portfolio of Test Centers. This 100% remote role requires frequent travel within and outside your territory to advance operations and trust through face-to-face interactions.

As DM you will supervise Test Center Managers and Test Center Administrators, hire and train staff, and ensure a safe, efficient testing environment while delivering superior customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• General business acumen and understanding of operational metrics & financial performance.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees for various shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows-based computer programs and applications (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, Explorer).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Test Center Managers and Test Center Administrators.
• Manage day-to-day running of test centers and staff performance.
• Screen, interview, and hire new TCMs and TCAs.
• Train staff to use Prometric’s learning and development tools.
• Prepare and/or support staff schedules.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable testing environment.
• Proactively check-in and proctor candidates during visits.
• Communicate with the leadership team and testing community.
