Job summary

Prometric seeks a District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of Test Centers. This 100% remote role requires frequent travel within and beyond your territory to advance operations and trust through face-to-face interactions.

You will supervise TCAs and TCMs, drive staff performance, and ensure safe testing environments while coordinating with the Channel Operations team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows-based programs (MS Office, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Supervise TCMs and TCAs and manage day-to-day test center operations.
• Manage staff performance, coaching, training, and communications.
• Screen, interview, and hire TCMs and TCAs.
• Train staff to use Prometric's learning tools and proctoring standards.
• Prepare staff schedules.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable testing environment.
• Check-in and proctor candidates during visits.
• Communicate with team and Test Center Leadership Team.
