Job summary

Smith's Addressing Machine Services, Inc. (S.A.M.S. Inc.) is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to grow our North Carolina market.

You will drive new business, manage relationships, and visit customers across education, healthcare, government, and commercial sectors. Field-based/remote role with regular travel throughout the territory and periodic reporting to the Garner, NC headquarters. Join a long-established, family-owned company and help expand our security technology

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or territory sales.
• Proven track record of developing new business and expanding relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing abilities.
• Ability to manage a sales territory and prioritize activities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and territory growth initiatives.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with current customers while identifying additional sales opportunities.
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess needs, conduct site visits, and recommend solutions.
• Present Access Control, Camera Systems, Visitor Management, and related security solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by engaging key decision-makers across the territory.
• Create proposals, support contract discussions, and guide opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Partner with internal resources to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM.
