Inc.) is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and grow existing accounts within North Carolina. You will prospect for opportunities, conduct site visits, identify client needs, and present security solutions such as Access Control, Camera Systems, and Visitor Management across K-12, higher education, healthcare, government, and commercial markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business development.
• Proven ability to prospect and grow customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage a territory and follow up consistently.
• Willing to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Experience with education, healthcare, government, or commercial customers preferred.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency; valid driver's license.
