Remote work is required with up to 75% travel; responsibilities include sales data, quotes, CRM updates, and ensuring timely orders while aligning with company values.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of outside sales experience within the traditional lubricant distribution market.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in outside sales.
• Foundational training in modern sales techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Territory Growth: identify and cultivate new accounts and maintain existing distributor partnerships.
• Relationship Management: engage with prospective customers to build long-term relationships.
• Market Expertise: understand traditional lubricant distribution market and trends.
• Sales Administration: prepare and present data; manage CRM records daily.
• Order Optimization: secure sales orders and manage delivery dates and inventory.
• Pricing & Quotes: follow price quote procedures with multi-level pricing and discounts.
• Strategic Travel: plan and schedule travel within the territory to maximize client face-time while controlling costs.
• Compliance & Reporting: submit timely expense reports and maintain confidentiality.
