Buechel Stone Corp is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in an assigned market across multiple states and regions. You will build and maintain strong partner and client relationships, educate on products, and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

The role emphasizes strategic prospecting, active sales development, and securing new opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service and follow-through across a home-based office with substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Must achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with architects, designers, distributors, and retail clients.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently from a home-based office.
• Valid driver's license and travel at least 50%.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Blueprints reading preferred.
• Demonstrated success in B2B and B2C sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships throughout the assigned territory to increase sales volume and market presence.
• Identify prospective clients and establish new relationships through ongoing prospecting and business development efforts.
• Educate clients and partners on Buechel Stone products, services, applications, and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to support territory growth and sales objectives.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients, partners, prospects, and other members of the professional network.
• Accurately maintain sales leads, customer activity, and opportunities within the company's CRM system.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients and partners to support continued business success.
