Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to support Pebble Technology International in the San Francisco Bay Area. This remote role covers San Jose up to Sacramento, focusing on expanding customer relationships and driving sales growth.

The position requires 5+ years in sales within construction/pool industries, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Competitive benefits accompany base pay of $85,000–$90,000 plus commissions on target.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Sales within the construction and/or pool industry.
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while meeting quotas.
• Proven expertise with MS Office, Salesforce, Miva.
• Strong presentation skills (training sessions, product demos).
• Experience in price negotiation/costing and competitive analysis.
• Solid knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles and practices.
• Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales coverage and penetration expansion within the region.
• Execute sales initiatives to meet revenue, price targets, and market-share goals.
• Build strong relationships with applicators and pool builders.
• Liaise between applicators and pool builders to align needs.
• Maintain detailed contact notes and opportunities in the CRM.
• Attend educational workshops and stay current with industry publications.
• Conduct professional on-site presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage call schedule to adequately cover the territory.
• Develop new customer accounts by cold calling when needed.
• Monitor new products, competitors, and market trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
