Job summary

CRH is seeking an experienced sales professional for a remote role serving the San Francisco Bay Area, including San Jose and Sacramento. The role requires 5+ years in sales or related fields within construction or pool industries, with a proven ability to close deals and manage accounts.

Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $90,000 with commissions on target ($160,000-$170,000). Travel up to 50% and benefits including 401(k), disability, life, health, PTO, and holidays are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management within the construction industry and/or pool industry.
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
• Demonstrated ability to use MS Office, Salesforce, Miva.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales coverage and penetration expansion through proven selling strategies/skills.
• Execute sales initiatives that support the business strategy; meet sales objectives (revenue, price targets, market share).
• Build strong relationships with the applicators within region.
• Liaison between applicators and pool builders.
• Keep detailed and current contact notes in database with dates, opportunities, concerns.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
• Perform presentations and product demonstrations on-site.
• Manage call schedule to cover territory efficiently.
• Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase revenue from client base.
• Develop new customer accounts via cold calling if necessary.
• Stay informed about new products, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
