Job summary

Esperion is seeking a Territory Manager, Sales for the San Jose, CA area. You will lead on-label promotion and execute sales strategies for Esperion products, building relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders while meeting territory goals.

You will collaborate with RSM and Market Access to optimize payer strategies, ensure compliance, and manage territory budgets. A science background and 1–3 years pharma sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; sciences preferred and 1–3 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Willing to travel up to 30% including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to influence diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual territory sales goals as approved by Esperion Commercial Leadership.
• Review performance metrics with RSM to ensure territory is achieving maximum sales results.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers in the assigned geography.
• Promote and educate Health Care Providers (HCPs) on the use of Esperion products through one-on-one meetings, virtual engagements, and approved programs.
• Analyze local market trends and monitor performance to maximize product use within the territory.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures and adhere to territory budgets.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers and Market Access to maximize payer pull-through.
