Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. STEM background preferred with 1–3 years pharmaceutical or related sales experience.
• Military background or similar experience considered for drive and discipline.
• Experience calling on Healthcare Professionals is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% including overnight stays for territory business and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals as approved by commercial leadership.
• Review performance metrics with Regional Sales Manager to maximize sales results.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the assigned geography.
• Promote Esperion products to Health Care Providers through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Analyze local market trends and monitor performance to maximize product use.
• Demonstrate effective use of sales and marketing tools to meet business objectives.
• Understand product payor coverage to meet market access objectives in the territory.
• Attend local, regional, and national congresses to promote brands to attendees.
• Complete administrative tasks such as reporting, expenses, and mileage accurately.
