Job summary

Esperion is recruiting a Territory Manager for the Costa Mesa, CA region. This role drives on-label promotion and execution of sales strategies within the territory, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

The position emphasizes building strong relationships with key customers and promoting products through in-person and virtual engagements. The ideal candidate will have a science-oriented background, 1–3 years of pharmaceutical or sales experience, and a willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; sciences preferred and 1–3 years pharma or relevant sales experience.
• Willing to travel up to 30% including overnight stays.
• Experience calling on Healthcare Professionals preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Demonstrated track record of high performance in sales, academics, athletics, or similar.
• Desire to work in a start-up environment with entrepreneurial sales model.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals as approved by leadership.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the territory.
• Promote Esperion products to healthcare providers through meetings and virtual engagements.
• Analyze local market trends and monitor performance to maximize product use.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and complete required compliance training.
• Coordinate with RSM and cross-functional teams to achieve business potential.
