Job summary

Pacific Coast Fleet Equipment Inc. is seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager to oversee a designated region for all PCFE product markets, including Police, Fire, Public Works, Utilities, and Refuse.

Responsibilities include developing relationships, managing distribution, providing forecasts, executing full sales cycles, and collaborating with distributors to grow sales. Travel within LA/Orange/Ventura counties is required with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Four to six years of sales experience.
• Willingness to travel for business with some overnight exposure.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Multi-faceted marketing experience with end users and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Attend regional trade shows.
• Collaborate with clients to develop product specifications highlighting brand features.
• Provide basic technical support in the field.
• Identify and recommend new product opportunities.
• Survey client needs, monitor trends, and track competitors.
• Apply technical selling skills to showcase product benefits.
• Develop an annual territory business plan with the Sales Manager to meet goals.
• Use consultative selling to align products with client solutions.
• Support company marketing plan implementation as needed.
• Deliver effective proposal presentations and respond to RFPs.
• Maintain accurate sales and prospecting records with contact management software.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethics codes.
