Job summary

Everflow Supplies seeks a Territory Sales Manager to cover Southern California, protecting existing business and expanding product penetration. This remote field role requires residence in the SoCal market and involves substantial travel to Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Imperial counties.

Qualifications

• Field-sales experience in PVF, plumbing, heating, or related channel.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account plans that protect established business, expand product penetration, and support growth objectives.
• Build partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, contractors, engineers, and other channel stakeholders.
• Generate business through contractor engagement, distributor relationships, project activity, and engineer specification where appropriate.
• Deliver product presentations and training to build product knowledge, brand awareness, and demand.
• Qualify opportunities, develop practical solutions, and provide product and application guidance.
• Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and technical documentation for timely customer decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of Everflow products, market conditions, installation practices, and competitive offerings.
