Job summary

Everflow Supplies is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to protect and grow the Southern California territory, covering Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Imperial Counties. The role focuses on PVF, plumbing, heating markets and requires building distributor relationships, engaging contractors, engineers, and channel partners to expand product penetration.

Qualifications

• Field-sales experience in PVF/plumbing/heating preferred.
• Established Southern California relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, or related channel partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account plans to protect existing business and grow product penetration.
• Build partnerships with independent wholesalers, distributors, and channel stakeholders.
• Generate business through contractor engagement, distributor relationships, project activity, and engineer specifications where appropriate.
• Deliver product presentations and training to build product knowledge and demand.
• Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and technical documentation for timely customer decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of Everflow products, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
