Qualifications

• Minimum five years of successful sales experience in building materials.
• Experience selling through distribution is required.
• Experience in Commercial & Industrial markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts by understanding customer needs and building long-term relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
• Conduct joint sales calls with customers, partners, and prospects.
• Deliver product demonstrations, installations and hands-on training.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required reporting.
• Develop and execute annual business plans with key partners.
