AMALIE Oil Company is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive growth within our lubricant distribution network across a multi-state territory. This role reports to the National Sales Manager and collaborates with the sales and support teams to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

The position entails extensive travel, developing new business while supporting existing distributors, and delivering top-tier service to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales in traditional lubricant distribution.
• Proven outside sales experience and ability to manage relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory by acquiring new accounts and maintaining distributors.
• Manage relationships with customers to build long-term partnerships.
• Maintain market knowledge of lubricant distribution trends.
