Job summary

John Deere seeks a Territory Sales Manager - Aftermarket - East to lead aftermarket sales relationships with Construction & Forestry dealers in the East. This remote role covers the Boston, MA area with significant travel within the territory.

The successful candidate will develop sales programs, support dealer growth, and collaborate on marketing and promotions to expand parts and service opportunities. Remote work is currently available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction & Forestry/Agriculture & Turf industry.
• Sales, Product Support, Technology, Parts or related business experience.
• Data analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Marketing processes and campaigns experience.
• Project management for marketing sales plans.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% locally.

Responsibilities

• Manage aftermarket business and sales relationships with Construction & Forestry dealers.
• Collaborate with dealers to create and execute parts and service growth sales plans in alignment with divisional goals to increase aftermarket capture rate.
• Develop and execute targeted sales programs and promotions for individual dealers.
• Support regional aftermarket events and parts sales trainings.
• Enable our dealers to grow their parts and service business.
• Travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
