Job summary

Keenfinity is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales within a US-based territory, including Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, El Paso, and Las Vegas. The role combines new business, account growth, and channel partner development with a focus on complex video security opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in the industry, and strong relationship-building and solution-selling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or technical field.
• 5 years of industry experience, preferably with a manufacturer.
• Knowledge of video surveillance and integrated security solutions.
• Understanding of IP networking, cloud-based security platforms, and system architecture.
• Ability to assess customer security requirements and propose technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own all sales activity within assigned territory, including new business, existing customers, and channel partners.
• Actively hunt for new opportunities while maintaining focus on run-rate and small-to-mid-sized projects.
• Develop and expand relationships with end users, systems integrators, distributors and ACE within the territory.
• Identify, qualify, and drive complex video security opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Vertical Sales Managers to align territory execution with vertical strategy.
• Travel within the territory (70%) to support meetings and opportunities.
