Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a professional sales specialist to drive profitable railing materials revenue across the Greater Chicago market. This remote role requires building relationships with contractors, dealers and homeowners, and leveraging Oldcastle RDI products to grow the business.

You will manage a large account portfolio, travel up to 50% within the territory, present at events, and collaborate with product teams on pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing/business or related field.
• 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in railing or building materials.
• Ability to design, quote and price custom railing projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets in assigned territory.
• Act as product/industry/brand expert to grow the marketplace.
• Grow portfolio by managing existing accounts and acquiring new dealers.
• Travel within territory to target customers and develop markets.
• Attend events/tradeshows to increase brand and product awareness.
• Develop market demand through contractor presentations.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and collaborate with inside sales.
• Coordinate with product teams on product rollout and pricing strategies.
